This contract contains the necessary rules for you to benefit from the services on our website. Please read the following terms carefully before purchasing services from SMM Snap. By registering with SMM Snap and using its services, you declare that you have read, understood, and accepted all the terms and conditions. 1. Parties

● This SMM Snap User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "User Agreement"), which consists of this contract and documents and attachments referred to in the contract and an integral part of the contract (Attachment 1 Privacy Policy), has been prepared between the user who has registered with the site and the SMM Snap, for the purpose of the user's registration with the site and at the moment of electronic approval of the contract in the relevant electronic environment where the site is located. The user acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that he/she has read and fully understood the entire User Agreement, and accepted all its provisions by becoming a member of the site.

2. Definitions

● User: Real or legal person who is a member of the site and benefits from the services offered on the site within the conditions specified in this contract. Site: The website consisting of the domain name www.smmsnap.com and its subdomains, and the products presented within the site by SMM Snap.

3. Subject and Scope of the Contract

● The subject of the User Agreement is the determination of the services offered on the site, the terms of benefit from these services, and the rights and obligations of the parties. The scope of the User Agreement includes all statements, writings, and explanations made by SMM Snap regarding the use, membership, and services in the site, including this contract and its attachments. By accepting the provisions of the User Agreement, the user has also accepted all kinds of statements made by SMM Snap regarding the use, membership, and services in the site. The user acknowledges, declares, and undertakes to comply with all the issues specified in the mentioned statements.

4. Membership and Service Terms

a) Membership is completed by the user who wishes to become a member of the site by sending the necessary information to the site's relevant section for registration and the registration process being approved by SMM Snap. The right and authority to become a user as defined in this agreement cannot be obtained without completing the membership process. b) To be able to become a member of the site, it is necessary to be of legal age and not to have been temporarily suspended or permanently banned from membership by SMM Snap in accordance with article 5.2 of this agreement. Persons who are not of legal age or who have been temporarily suspended or permanently banned from membership by SMM Snap in accordance with article 5.2 of this agreement cannot become site members even if they have completed the site registration process.

5. Rights and Obligations

5.1. Rights and Obligations of the User

a) The user accepts, declares, and undertakes that while fulfilling the membership procedures, benefiting from the services of the site, and performing any transaction related to the services on the site, they will act in accordance with all the terms and rules specified in the User Agreement, the rules specified in the relevant parts of the site, and all applicable legislation, and that they understand and approve all the aforementioned conditions and rules. b) The user accepts, declares, and undertakes that SMM Snap is authorized to disclose its confidential/private/commercial information to both the official authorities and the rights holders in cases where it is claimed that the mandatory provisions of the legislation in force or the rights of other users or third parties have been violated, and therefore no compensation can be claimed from SMM Snap under any name. c) The security, storage, keeping away from the knowledge of third parties, and use of the access tools (username, password, etc.) used by the users to access the system they use in order to benefit from the services offered by SMM Snap are entirely the responsibility of the users. SMM Snap has no direct or indirect liability for any neglect or fault of the users regarding the security, storage, keeping away from the knowledge of third parties, and use of the access tools used to access the system, and any damages that the users and/or third parties may suffer or may suffer as a result. d) The users acknowledge, declare, and undertake that the information and contents provided by themselves within the site are correct and lawful. SMM Snap is not obliged or responsible for investigating the accuracy of the information and contents transmitted to SMM Snap by the users or uploaded, modified, or provided by themselves through the Site, guaranteeing that this information and content is safe, accurate, and lawful, and cannot be held responsible for any damages that may arise due to the incorrect or erroneous nature of such information and contents. e) Users may not transfer, assign or pledge any of their rights and obligations under the User Agreement without the written consent of SMM Snap.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1. The ownership, usage and control of all kinds of intellectual and industrial property rights, including but not limited to all kinds of copyrights, patents, utility models, industrial design rights, trademarks, trade names, domain names, logos, slogans, know-how, software, source codes, databases, and other similar rights, relating to the Site and the services provided through the Site, belong solely to SMM Snap. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

7.2. No part of the Site or the services provided through the Site may be reproduced, distributed, copied, publicly displayed, publicly performed, published, adapted, modified, translated, used to create derivative works or used for commercial purposes, by any means or in any form, without the prior written consent of SMM Snap.

7.3. The use of any of the trademarks, logos, service marks, trade dress, slogans or other similar branding materials displayed on the Site, except as provided in these Terms, is strictly prohibited.

7.4. Any unauthorized use of any intellectual or industrial property rights belonging to SMM Snap will be subject to legal action by SMM Snap, and the infringer will be liable for all damages suffered by SMM Snap as a result of such unauthorized use.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

8.1. SMM Snap makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Site or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Site. To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, SMM Snap disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8.2. SMM Snap will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Site or the services provided through the Site, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

8.3. SMM Snap does not warrant that the Site or the services provided through the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8.4. The User agrees to indemnify and hold SMM Snap harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of the User's breach of these Terms, violation of any law, or violation of the rights of any third party.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

9.1. These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

9.2. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, will be determined by arbitration in Istanbul, Turkey, in accordance with the rules of the Istanbul Arbitration Centre.

9.3. The arbitration will be conducted in English language by a single arbitrator appointed by the Istanbul Arbitration Centre. The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding upon the parties. The arbitration award may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.

10. Miscellaneous

10.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and SMM Snap with respect to the use of the Site and the services provided through the Site, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between the parties.

10.2. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and
