By registering as a member, the user acknowledges that they have read and accepted all the terms of the membership agreement. This Agreement is deemed concluded at the moment the user becomes a member and takes effect immediately.
a) The team operating the SMM Snap.com website will hereinafter be referred to as "SMM Snap."
b) The internet user who becomes a member of SMM Snap.com will hereinafter be referred to as the "Member."
The subject of this Agreement is to determine the terms and conditions under which the Member may benefit from the website www.SMM Snap.com owned by SMM Snap.
3.1. The Member declares and undertakes that the personal and other information provided during registration is legally accurate, and that they will compensate SMM Snap for any damages incurred due to the inaccuracy of this information.
3.2. The Member cannot share their password, which is provided by SMM Snap, with others. The right to use this password belongs solely to the Member. The Member is solely responsible for any consequences arising from unauthorized use, and SMM Snap reserves the right to claim any damages and losses caused by such unauthorized use.
3.3. The Member agrees to comply with legal regulations while using the SMM Snap.com website. Any legal and criminal liability arising from violations will solely be the responsibility of the Member.
3.4. The Member shall not use the SMM Snap.com website for activities that disturb public order, violate general morality, harass others, infringe on intellectual property rights, or for illegal purposes. They must also refrain from preventing or complicating other users’ access to the services (e.g., spam, viruses, Trojan horses, etc.).
3.5. The opinions and thoughts expressed by Members on www.SMM Snap.com are their personal views and are not affiliated with SMM Snap. SMM Snap is not responsible for any damages caused by Members’ statements or by third parties.
3.6. SMM Snap shall not be held liable for unauthorized access to Member data or damages caused to Member software and data. The Member agrees in advance not to claim compensation from SMM Snap for any damages incurred from using the SMM Snap.com website.
3.7. The Member agrees not to access or use other users’ software and data without authorization. Otherwise, the Member assumes all legal and criminal liability.
3.8. A Member violating any provision of this agreement shall be personally liable for all legal and criminal consequences. SMM Snap shall be free of any liability. If legal action arises from such a violation, SMM Snap reserves the right to claim compensation from the Member.
3.9. SMM Snap reserves the right to delete a Member’s account, files, documents, and information at any time without prior notice. The Member accepts this in advance and acknowledges that SMM Snap bears no liability in such cases.
3.10. The software and design of the SMM Snap.com website are the property of SMM Snap and are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. Members cannot use, acquire, or modify them without permission.
3.11. For the improvement and development of the website, SMM Snap may collect certain information such as the Member’s IP address, internet service provider, access time, and visited pages.
3.12. SMM Snap may disclose Member information if legally required or in good faith to comply with legal processes or protect the rights and property of SMM Snap and its users.
3.13. While SMM Snap takes precautions against viruses and malicious software, ultimate security is the responsibility of the Member. By using the SMM Snap.com website, the Member acknowledges responsibility for any software or system errors they may encounter.
3.14. SMM Snap reserves the right to modify, suspend, or delete any content, services, or user data on the SMM Snap.com website at any time.
3.15. SMM Snap may change, update, or terminate this agreement at any time without prior notice. The revised terms become effective upon publication.
3.16. The parties accept that all computer records of SMM Snap.com shall constitute exclusive and binding evidence in accordance with legal provisions.
3.17. Under this agreement, SMM Snap has the right to send informational emails and SMS messages to Members. By approving this agreement, the Member consents to receiving such communications.
This Agreement remains in effect until the Member cancels their membership or SMM Snap terminates the membership due to a violation of the agreement.
Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices.
