SMM Snap RETURN POLICY (REFUND POLICY)
As stated in the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, returns are not accepted for products whose original packaging is damaged, destroyed, or damaged due to usage in any way, single-use products, copyable games, software, products delivered digitally, and programs. For return requests outside of these, the following guidelines apply when you want to return the product after receiving it:
SMM Snap does not offer refunds except for the reasons listed below:
1- Order completion failure (within 72 hours)
2- Incorrect order shipment
3- Incomplete order shipment
Refund requests made for reasons other than the ones mentioned above will not be accepted. Missing shipments, incorrect shipments, and incomplete orders will be recalculated and resent.
Only use payment methods legally owned by you for orders placed on SMM Snap. The website management does not consider payments made through methods such as stolen cards as valid, and orders made using such methods will be canceled. Additionally, SMM Snap reserves the right to file complaints against such individuals.
Our website is not responsible for any delays or disruptions caused by updates made on social media platforms. Since no one knows when or under what conditions updates will occur, SMM Snap does not accept any liability in this regard. After the update, the services will continue, and the site management reserves the right to delay and return orders. The order delay period is entirely at the discretion of the site management, and the customer accepts this by placing the order.
If the form you filled in for the order contains incomplete or incorrect information, the service cannot be provided. You must carefully fill in your account details. Otherwise, your order will be canceled, and no refund will be provided.
Return requests for orders that have already been processed will not be accepted. Please place your order when you are fully sure about it.
Ensure your account is public when placing an order on SMM Snap. Transfers are not made to closed accounts, and your order will be canceled, and no refund will be given. No returns will ever be made.
SMM Snap reserves the right to cancel orders that do not receive positive feedback from the management. Orders to accounts containing +18 or banned content will be canceled, and no refund will be provided.
Orders from individuals who defame our site on other platforms will be canceled. Additionally, the fee charged by the site management will not be refunded. This clause is always protected by the site management, and customers agree to this when placing an order.
The return policy items can be changed, added, or removed without informing the customer. Customers who place orders on the website are considered to have accepted these terms without question.
The responsibility for any issues arising from a customer purchasing the same service from another company or website before the completion of their order lies with the customer.
SMM Snap reserves the right to cancel your order in case of any legal or payment provider-related rejection or request.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide to SMM Snap is accurate and up-to-date. SMM Snap cannot be held liable for any issues arising from incorrect or outdated information, and no refunds can be made.
